A Dog's Life

In the artile I found pertaining to a "dogs life", it is narrarated and written by a man who envys the lifestyle of a dog. Fred beings his article  by running through a list of the chores and respsonsbilites he must maintain as an adult, such as make the beds, pay the bills, and do the dishes. He then goes on to explain that although theses things idealistically represent "responsibility" in modern times, it wasnt those things that taught him his real life lessons and responsibilty. As a younger man, he confided in his dog, loved him, walked him, petted him and brushed him for fourteen long years. He put his time and trust into the canine companion and he recieved the best gift of all- the gift of life. The dog owner understood that there is a lot more to life than the things we seem to think matter. the owner also envys Buster, the dog, because buster never had to deal with meetings, traffic, relationships or anything of that sort. This is very true- dogs have it pretty easy. They lay around all day, playing and sleeping; they get there food served to them and they dont have to worry about having a job or a family. I think secretly, especially the "go-getters" of responsibility can envision having the life of a dog- getting your belly rubbed while laying down doing nothing. Even i must admit, that sounds like a nice break from reality. this artile shows us all that there is a little bit of the urge for freedom and a carefree life in all of us- even if we lose sight of this through human's everyday routines.
